The name, motto, symbol and image of Dr. Silly ® are trademarked; no use of this trademark is permitted unless by written permission from Dr. A. Palumbo or his authorized agent. Further, any solicitations or representations claiming to originate from him are prohibited and subject to appropriate governmental regulation regarding said representations.

Dr. A.Palumbo, reserves all rights and privileges pertaining to his ideas, writings, inventions, procedures and images. Any claims that the aforementioned stem from any institution, organization, individual or profession are repudiated by him. In addition such claims are spurious if they are said to predate, influence or anticipate his writings, ideas, designs and inventions.

Dr. A. Palumbo further asserts that any description of his background, past or present work, ideas and comments, by individuals, media of any kind, or organizations and their publications are not under his control and he is not responsible for any distortions, inaccuracies or falsehoods made by these sources and others not mentioned.
